Processing: Orders that are placed before 1pm are typically processed and shipped the same day! Once the package is in the carrier’s hands it typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Shipments are processed Monday – Friday and do not process on weekends or major holidays. Orders are processed and shipped from Tampa Bay. Most orders will come through USPS, however, in certain cases they will come from Fedex or UPS. The items are packaged in either plain brown boxes or USPS priority boxes. Incorrect Addresses: If an invalid address is entered, unfortunately the order will not be processed. We will attempt to reach you through phone and email, if we are unsuccessful the order will be canceled and you will be refunded. If you have entered a valid address that is simply the wrong address you wish for your package to be sent you can contact us immediately to update the address. However, if your package has already been shipped with the wrong address, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
